Which phones can I top up from?
Any phone that allows our 0901 numbers to be called. Please remember that if topping up from a BT phone the call will cost you exactly £1 every time top up. If you have a service provider other than BT then please check their tariff before topping-up as some will charge different rates for the 0901 number.
If topping up with the text message method then the service will work from any valid UK mobile number on the T-Mobile or Vodafone or O2 or Orange network

Which phones can I charge up?
Any phone - landline or mobile. And with the 0901 number please don't think that you can only charge up the phone that you call from. You can - for example - charge up your mobile using your home or office phone! When topping up via the text message method only the mobile phone from which the text message is sent can be topped up.

What will the call cost?
£1 if topping up from a BT phone using our 0901 number - remember we credit your chosen phone with £1 instantly. If you have a service provider other than BT then please check their individual prices before topping-up as some will charge different rates for the 0901 number.
When topping up with the text message method, the text message request you send for a £3 top-up will be charged at your standard mobile operator's text rate. Each of the two text messages you receive will cost 150p and will be credited individually one at a time.

Can I charge up more than £1?
Yes you can. Each top-up call is £1 but you can make repeated top-ups. You could - for example - put £5's worth of credit on your phone by making five consecutive top-up calls (we do restrict top-ups from any one telephone number to £10 per day and £50 in any 30 days - if you exceed the limit you will not be charged for the attempted charge up).

Can I top up my balance?
Yes. Repeat the original top-up process - that never changes. If you have - for example - 40p remaining credit and you top-up with another £1 you now have £1.40's worth of credit to make calls. Simple!

Which access number is best to use?

How can I get away from having to dial the access number ever again?
You can enter the access number followed by a pause and then the full international number into your phone memory. To see how on your mobile phone click here
